As a native Texan, this BBQ rocks. The sauce isn’t super super sweet like most Texans are used to. It has a touch of vinegar, but is not overpowering. Ask for the mashed potato casserole, and you can thank me later! Ribs are fall off the bone, brisket is moist, and I can grab a Shiner if I want! Great job guys!
My husband and I had supper at Back Country BBQ, tonight. There are other BBQ places, and they are almost as good as Back Country. Almost. But, not quite! I love their food.

I love this place I travel a few miles out of my way to get this BBQ and it's so worth the extra drive and the guys that work here are beyond awesome
I haven't been here in almost 30 yrs! I remembered the meat n sauce as being delicious. It was half there. brisket n sausage were killer...veggies were great, too. the bbq sauce almost ruined the meat, though....WAY too much vinegar! the sauce, which the best part, sucked!! I wont be coming back. dude, lighten up on the vinegar....im sure others taste it too
The BBQ is great here! Great place with reasonable prices. The first Saturday of the month from 11-12 has the Dallas Banjo club playing. We'll definitely be back.
