I can’t think of any reason NOT to recommend Back Bay Dental Design. I have been a patient for more than 3 years. Their office is conveniently located by the Apple Store on Boylston St. Their front desk staff are friendly & welcoming. Paige, the dental hygienist I see, is professional & skilled. This practice cares about your dental health in a way that feels very modern (top of the line technology) abd also very old school (everyone actually knows your name and takes time to give you awesome care.)
Honestly, best dentist experience of my life. I explained what I wanted to get done and the staff listened closely. I got to see the dentist within 5 minutes of finishing my paperwork. He quickly diagnosed what needed to be done (which was VERY different than my experience with other dentists on this issue) and then did the work quickly and painlessly! I got home and my wife was thrilled that I had a "new smile." Really made my week.
I tried a few dental offices in Boston and this is by far the best office there is.
As usual, always a kind, informative, welcoming environment.
Amazing bed side manner - so helpful in an emergency and so kind
Terrific staff and facility. The place feels like a relaxing spa, and both the hygienist and dentist were very knowledgeable and insightful. Everyone was very friendly. The only issue was with scheduling. I had to visit twice in two days, one for the dentist and one for the hygienist. I've never had my dentist visits split up like that. I guess just specify you want a cleaning and a check-up when you book.
