My hygienist is always professional and thorough. I appreciate consistency in that area of the office. However, i feel that when I call the phone lines are not answered regularly. I have to call back sometimes two more times to get s human. Also you when someone dies answer, it’s on the 3rd ring. I almost switched dental practices this time around becayif this

Friendly, professional, and skilled staff
My dental hygienist, Ms. Shawn Davis, was very thorough and to the point. It was obvious Ms. Davis had an in-depth knowledge of her profession as she exactly explained each process, and most importantly how I could get below the gums for a better dental hygiene. Ms. Davis was nice, friendly, and courteous as ever, impressively picking up a conversation where we had left off months back.
