I used to live their food when they were at too of hill. Ordered almost once a week. But not anymore. Last four times I ordered the food took over an hour and was GROSS. Never got my order right. The final straw was ordering am Italian trio dinner and it tasted ten years old. It actually tasted like old mold. They wouldn't even refund. Told I could get a new dinner. Why would I want MORE spoiled food. Avoid this overpriced mold hole place at ALL COSTS

If u want to b ripped off and wait hours for bad food then go here! I will never go to bachi's again, my family and i went for dinner and waited 1 hour for drinks!!! Our food came out one plate at a time instead of the whole table at one time, i ordered ribeye steak medium rare, what i got was a serlion steak well done cut to look like a ribeye, was tough and dry, when i sent it back my next serlion shaped fake ribeye came out after my entire family was done eating and was yet again well done. Best service with great food My family and I went to Bachi s tonight with friends from out of town. I have been there many times before but my friends have not. We had a drink with the bartender who I always see every time I have been there. She is very pleasent and will do whatever she can to get you what you need. She also seems to know her customers very well, since everyone we saw walked in she had a drink ready for, or asked if they would like the usaly.
