didnot get what I ordered called back and they said they would give me what I ordered but I have to pay for it . called and ordered chicken wings . and I say wings I get tenders you made the mistake not me . I understand your busy . but how does chicken wings become tenders and it's my fault . so why do I have to pay extra for your mistake .
RecommendedI've never stepped foot into this restaurant; but I order through slice more than weekly from them. I get the prime rib, every time, RARE, and have for over a year. It is consistently the BEST prime rib I've ever eaten, even in delivery! The cut is mouth watering, the bread, even on delivery is still warm and delicious. My 4 year old daughter has weird requests with extra pickles and they always come through. Bottom line...I spend alot of money here and it's well deserved; they care! Best food in Torrington. On July 15, 2016 we arrived there at 6:15 p.m. We knew it would be busy because of the show at the Warner Theater but was assured that we would make the 8:00 p.m show. We'd ordered from them for delivery 3x in the past to Harwinton (borders Torrington). My husband's commute home from work on Weds (from MA) was 2.5 hours due to the rough weather we had. I placed an order for delivery at 9.50pm (website said kitchen open til 11pm), at 10.20pm we received a call saying the food was ready to pick up!! My husband told them we'd ordered for delivery and was told kitchen closed at 10 and we don't deliver to Harwinton! So out he went again after his long commute to pick up our food.
