Baby Buyer Beware!!!!! I wanted to buy a crib that was on clearance, but could only buy it with a dresser also on clearance. Once I looked at the dresser, not only was it a different style, but also a different company that the crib. Not to mention it was bright white and the crib was an antique off white. When I brought this up he was very rude and said he wouldn't sell me just the crib alone, only with the dresser. They have so much! I shopped here when I was pregnant and when my daughter was a baby. This is a great store because they carry so much. They have clothing, accessories, and furniture. I think they are very reasonable on their prices and they have a lot of good bargains. I bought a lot of nice clothes here.
All under one roof Baby World is the most complete baby store. They offer furniture, rockers, lamps, bookends, picture frames, gifts, clothing and sooooo much more! You can save alot of time by shoopping here. Pick out all of the furniture and decor for the nursery, then go on to stock baby's enitre closet with their extensive collection of clothing. Hate these people Do not buy here! Seriously, they do not honor anything they say or that they sell. They sold us bed rails and we got a guard rail instead! $200.00 dollars difference. We ordered over the phone so we paid for it but they never sent us a receipt! They claim they do not keep any receipts there so if you try to get any service from these goat eaters, forget it! They are con artists and they really know how to avoid service after the sale!
Great Service, Great Value I had wonderful service and got a really good value on 4 gliders for our church. The owners were very helpful as I had very specific requirements in what I needed for our nursery. Their experience from years in this business was helpful as well. Our gliders came in sooner than promised and the owner was helpful as we loaded them up. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat!
Bad customer service Do not shop here. We spoke with the owner regarding a small customer service issue. The owner was unwilling to make amends. When my husband said he was quite disappointed and perhaps we should have purchased the crib from the babies r us the owner responded "I have been disappointed with the customers we have had lately and we should have purchased our crib elsewhere." There are many stores in DFW who still believe in old fashion customer service. Please do not spend your money here.
Baby things you never knew you needed. The selection here was unbelievable. I have never seen so many things for babies all in one place. I am glad I stopped in here because the prices a re good and they have things you would never think of. Great place to find unique gifts for showers.
