Today was my first time attending the yoga class and it was absolutely amazing! I have never been much of a yoga person, when I work out I do HIIT and weight training but have not been able to do so lately. Highly recommend the Saturday class the instructor was great!!!
I came here for a massage and it was less than sub-par, my massage therapist talked the whole time even though we had previously talked about me falling asleep during the massage since I was so tired. While the massage therapist gave the massage she would stop massaging. So my 60 massage was probably all of 20-30 minutes of massage. Super super disappointing. Would never recommend their services to anyone. We spent hundreds of dollars on this business. Everything was mediocre and then they ripped me off for a doula who didn’t show up to my birth. Go here if you love throwing money away.
