I went on Sunday 9/3/2017. When I walked in the lady at the front was very nice. I ordered the Heartbeat package, however I had to wait because they were doing a gender ultrasound before me. The lady that ended up doing my ultrasound acted like it was her first time doing an ultrasound, she was not even pushing hard I am a bigger girl so you need to push harder. The pictures I got were not great at all, and at the end of the session she told me"I didn't know I was supposed to record the heart beat." I was very upset! I left ... read more
