I ordered hair for Valentine’s Day 3 weeks before its Valentine’s Day and I still have not received it. Made contact and the rude rep acted as if they have so many orders it will still be another 2 weeks . I do not recommend ordering from this business and I’m concerned about my refund.
I only purchase this hair perfect pricing and quality I send all my clients but I never get a discount but worth the drive addition just got a new bundle this is not the same hair lots of split ends too thin on the ends and it does not have that great smell it use to have its dull and very thin I'm disappointed this can't be the same owner this is a update 06-15-23 smh I won't be referring anymore of my clients
I went by the store a few weeks ago and it looks like they have shut down. I also called but no one is available to speak to; answering machine only. Are they still in business????
Not the same quality of hair from 5 years ago. Have always purchased from here and the past couple of orders have been a waste of money. Never had such bad quality hair with excessive shedding and tangling that I had to throw it away.
I ordered my hair weeks ago and I live in the same county as this business. Terrible customer service. Will never order from this place again. Glad I used PayPal so I can cancel my order.
