Ordered the 1/2 slab plate and it was outstanding the sides were as well! If I ever come back to Dallas I will come back here! Will recommend to everyone to come out and try these ribs and BBQ!
Took a friend to the Shak because she was having a craving for some BBQ. Placed order and food was out in less than 5 min. Everything tasted good and we still had enough to take home for another meal. A little drive, but will be worth making it whenever I want some good BBQ
Funny story, we were in line at Lockhart and noticed over priced food menu for such a small amount of food. A nice gentleman recommended my boyfriend and I to try Baby back shak instead. I'm so glad we took his advice. Great food for a great price.
Great brisket and chicken! Green beans had a little too much pepper but awesome place.
We just happened to be leaving Comic Con about 1:00 on a Friday afternoon and drove past the shack. There were a lot of cars out front so we decided to stop in and try the food. We were glad we did. My friend & I each got the 3 meant combo we each had ribs & turkey he had ham and I the brisket. All 4 meats were awesome in flavor and moistness.
