My daughter had an occupational therapist name Lily. She is the most disrespectful person I have met to work with my daughter. She canceled seeing my daughter. Because I was in the hospital on a ventilator she showed up to my house unannounced. While I was in the hospital and then said she couldn't make any money. Because I canceled on her . When I never canceled on her. I never responded to her messages for 2 days in a row. Because I was in a hospital. clearly. All she wants is money. She doesn't care about your child.
They should rename this “baby’s have to wait or baby’s are going to wait”. What’s the point of this program if it takes as long as it does. We waited 4 month for speech therapy and far as we got was an evaluation. OT took a while to get gong but the lady who worked with us did well. I would also say the lady we had for PT was good. Janet is absolutely terrible at communicating. Anyone in leadership needs to have good communication and organizational skills. She certainly lacks that.
