Clean restaurant , friendly staff, great food, great delivery service, really great hot wings.

Horrible customer service. We have been overcharged during delivery twice and today they offered and sent me a "free" small pepperoni pizza because of their weekend special, by mistake- theirs, not mine- but charged me for it. Then refused to refund the amount of the small pizza. It is not the customer's fault when you make a mistake and they should never have to pay for it. Never again Babe's will have my business or will I recommend it to friends or co workers.
I would give Babes five stars since I've eaten there since I was a little girl and it's always been very good as well as the service. Just one thing: When I call in for a pickup, I feel that there should be a pickup line when I get there. Sometimes I've had to wait for fifteen minutes waiting for my to-go order as I stand in line waiting for everyone in front of me to order as well as phone orders being placed.
