Excellent shop with trustworthy owners and staff. Since I found them I haven't gone anywhere else. They are amazing.
We are here in Rochester from Alabama for the Mayo. Our 3 year old car has an incredible, but complicated electrical system that for reasons unknown opened the sunroof that regardless of instructions would not close. Babcock took this stressed wife's car in at 5:15, closing at 6:00. Fixing the issue is more complicated, but they were able to close the sunroof, disconnect the system to get us back home avoiding husband's plan B..a tarp!! Our truck broke down this morning. We don't live near here. We called Babcock and they reassured us and gave us confidence that it could be fixed today at a low cost. Everyone was so nice to us. We worked with Mike, excellent customer service. Of course, we were wary, knowing that we were in a tight situation and that this could cost more than we want. However, we were proven wrong. We were invited back to the shop and Derek, the mechanic, explained what exactly was wrong with our truck. The transfer case had to be replaced.... read more
