I brought my vehicle in shortly after I purchased it to have them thoroughly look at my transmission in catalytic converter because I felt like I was having issues with them. When they return my car to me later that day and $200 later they did not even look at the transmission or the catalytic converter as far as I'm concerned because they told me there was no issues. they're exact response was it has plenty of power... RecommendedI think the most stand out thing is that Babcock Auto employees seem to include an element of Kindness when they work with me. I feel like they care about me as a person and they've always treated me well. I think that kindness is a key to businesses surviving during these times and if more had the sort of kind manner that Babcock Auto does they would ride out this wave just fine in the end.
Babcock Auto Care is the most professional yet personal shop I have ever used. It's easy to see and feel that they truly care about their customers. The entire staff was welcoming and personable. You can tell that it's a great work environment. I would absolutely recomrnded them for any vehicle repairs or maintenance.
These guys are awesome, those that know me, knows everything happens for me at 430 pm right before they close. Had a situation with one of my doors the other day, at 430 and they took the time to get it working again. You guys rock, thank you so much!!!!!
Took our 2005 lexus in for a Diagnosstic of wheel bearing . Was told antifreeze was low and oil was leaking . However there has never been a spot in the garage EVER till we took it home from this diagnosis. Omg its leaking everywhere as if they just loosen a bunch of hoses or something . Went back told them this they suggest we pay again for amother diagnoses to check where its leaking. Great service! Didn’t feel like just because I’m female I should be treated like a idiot. They were super concerned about our safety, explained everything, took pics, and completed it all in one afternoon. Including went out of their way to get me a new set of rims from a junkyard to save me as much money as they could.
