Came to service my property and damaged the ceiling. Look, mistakes happen. I get it. The reason for the 1-star is after he stepped through the floor of my attic and made a hole in my ceiling, he blamed me. Said it was my fault for not telling him that could happen. I assumed as someone with experience, he'd know to only step on beams and not drywall, but I guess he doesn't have that experience. I then inquired about him paying to fix it. He refused.
