I was very satisfied with the professionalism, courtesy and prompt service of this company. My water heater was broken, and they fixed it in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely use it again
Great experience from start to finish. Communication was proactive and professional. The hot water heater was fixed the same day, even though it required a part replacement. They showed a strong willingness to help and demonstrated real expertise throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough good things about my experience with B2U. AC helped me navigate the hoops Choice Home Warranty made us jump thru to get them to honor the Warranty they sold us. B2U was the second company Choice assigned for this claim. It had already been more than a week waiting when B2U was assigned and got the work approved. Then he and Damir worked till 9 in the evening, making sure we finally had hot water. Very professional, polite and courteous. I'd recommend them for all your plumbing jobs!
