Terrible service. Took my money and ran my credit to eventually never tell me if I was approved or declined. I called countless time and was being proactive on if I needed to provide more information or an update. Was given the run around and was told multiple times that I would receive an update in X amount of time. They never followed through. Do not trust this organization for they will be careless about your business and self. Disgusting company

the most useless property management in all of los angeles. The management here cant control any conflict. Tenants can break the lease and laws with absolutely no consequence. This company will just collect rent dont expect ANYTHING else.
Corporate Slum Lord for Mission Village Apartments in Rancho Cucamonga. Laundry room been broken for a month. Multiple units have water leaks from bad plumbing or weak roofs. Apartments have Mold & Asbestos. Try to contact Maintenance and the calls are Outsourced to the Philippines. Don't rent here. You will be very disappointed. Lots of tenants move in and move out within 6 months due to dilapidated conditions and shoddy maintenance work.
