My sincere thanks to Blackwell and its employees. My air conditioner was not cooling, so I called Blackwell. My 1st contact was with Erica on the phone. She was polite, knowledgeable and set my repair appoint. with Roger. My 2nd contact was with Roger. He came with kneepads and tool belt on, hand extended, followed by, "Where is your unit?"
