The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful explaining how my insurance works. He was also very patient with me, showing me all the available colors for the glasses I was interested in. Thanks.
Was recommended by a friend. First visit, was given the wrong prescription and had to go back to adjust. Second visit, I had to reschedule due to insurance reasons during my work day. I asked off and rushed over to make it in time and was told I could be seen as long as it's only 15 min after appointment time . I called to let them know I was running late. As I walked in at 5:15 on the dot they said they couldn't see me and there was no way I could be seen. Terrible location, terrible hours, terrible staff. They talked to me... read more
