Dr Vo is friendly and patient with questions - and the staff is consistently �
The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful explaining how my insurance works. He was also very patient with me, showing me all the available colors for the glasses I was interested in. Thanks.
Was recommended by a friend. First visit, was given the wrong prescription and had to go back to adjust. Second visit, I had to reschedule due to insurance reasons during my work day. I asked off and rushed over to make it in time and was told I could be seen as long as it's only 15 min after appointment time . I called to let them know I was running late. I only have eyes for B Vo! I've been going to Betty Vo for the 10 years I've been in Austin- and will not ever go anywhere else! She is knowledgeable, helpful, and fast- I've never had to wait for my appointment, but find she will answer questions and always takes her time with me. I've also always been able to get in the same day when I've needed to. She really knows her business with contacts and eyeglasses- I'm so glad I stumbled onto her office when I moved here. She is conveniently located on Wm Cannon, near Mopac.
b vo vision – I recently visited Dr. Vo's new office and loved it! The environment was very warm and the staff very welcoming. Dr. Vo also made sure to take the time and answer any questions I had. And when she wasn't helping another patient, she even helped me pick out a pair of glasses that I felt comfortable in. I'd recommend B Vo to anyone looking for a modern optometrist in Austin.
Good eyecare fast I had lost my glasses and needed another pair fast, so I called my vision insurance to get a referral. They referred me to Dr Vo and I was glad they did.
