This has been the best thing that could’ve ever happened to my little girl. When my son was diagnosed with torticollis at 6 months we started looking for a location that would provide physical therapy and occupational therapy. As soon as I called this location they were so kind and compassionate. The office staff as well as the therapists are all empathetic and work with you to make sure tour child gets the care they need to succeed and thrive. I was referred from my doctor for my 9 moths. I am so unhappy. I had to discontinue the service because the front desk service was so unprofessional. She has bad manners addressing the customer and lack of understanding. Seriously, it is shame. I had to pay a person to be able to go to those therapies and miss work to receive such of a bad treatment. This person doesn’t know how to talk to the costumer. It’s been about a year since I made my last review. I heavily praised this place. This place and these people have not only gotten better but have exceeded expectations and the bar was already set pretty high.
