I was referred from my doctor for my 9 moths. I am so unhappy. I had to discontinue the service because the front desk service was so unprofessional. She has bad manners addressing the customer and lack of understanding. Seriously, it is shame. I had to pay a person to be able to go to those therapies and miss work to receive such of a bad treatment. This person doesn’t know how to talk to the costumer. It’s been about a year since I made my last review. I heavily praised this place. This place and these people have not only gotten better but have exceeded expectations and the bar was already set pretty high. They are helping my son so much. He is in need of interdisciplinary treatments and they have made the whole process and coordination of everything seamless.
