I took my mower here to have it fixed, I could have purchased a new Mower for the cost of the repairs. No phone call to tell me how much it was. To top it off the mower still was not working. I took it to another shop and found out I was charged for parts that were not replaced. The new owner is rude and obnoxious. Not the same B & T I remember. This place has gone down hill since the new owner took over
