Leaving a great review NOT because my nails came out perfect, but actually because the service when they DIDNT come out perfect was amazing. I’m a bad people pleaser so when the color/design wasn’t close to my reference photo I just said “that’s fine” and paid and left unsatisfied. However, I decided to go back inside and ask for a complete color change (while shaking with anxiety) if I paid extra since it was so far off from the reference. Great service, Hana did fantastic Pedicure. Nice clean . I'm upset with owner. I've been going here for over 20 years. I missed teachers discount on Wednesday due to Training, Orientation and Meet& Greet this week. They offer 10% off. I could only come on Thursday due to school starting back next week. No discount. He has a sad customer for a $5 discount.its not even about the money. It's about how he doesn't really care about his customers
