I had an amazing experience. It was my first time at the Salon and Hien was my tech. She was fast and efficient and gave me exactly what I asked for! I will be back!
I have been going to Thao's (pronounced Tou) for years at BT Nails, every since moving to Arlington. She is the Nail Guru for me lol. I don't have to worry about her being thorough or remembering to do anything right. Not only is she skilled and great at what she does but her mannerism is very kind and patient. I have visited other salons and it's definitely a noticeable difference. She personally cares about the outcome of your nails unlike some techs that just want to get it done and get paid.
