I lived at B Street Apartments for 3 ½ years and I had no issues living there mainly because Alex Hussary the leasing manager was such a great leasing manager. He was extremely responsive and on top of it with any issues that would arise in the building. I moved to the bay area over ten years ago to attend college and law school, so I have moved around the bay area a lot. I moved into one of the hybrid studios and I adore it. I love the brick, great natural/electric lighting, pet friendly, 5 burner stove, dishwasher, free parking, well lit common areas/walkways, and how secure the building is. If someone buzzes my unit I can see live quality video of who it is and from my phone so I don't miss packages from work. Even tho it is downtown I never have trouble getting in or out. Being a first-time renter, I was filled with anxiety and pressure.
