Came to my house to fix my ac left the breaker off didn’t put the filter back in told me I needed a whole new system and charged me over $200! I called someone else they fixed it with no problem for cheaper.
(1) YEAR LABOR warranty on muti-thousand dollar units! DON'T DO IT!
My husband and I did not have a good experience with B&R. We "inherited" them from the last owner of our home and figured that we'd give them a shot. We truly had nothing but problems with them including 1) not fixing maintenance issues the first time - multiple callbacks required 2) not showing up for an after-hours emergency service despite having a maintenance agreement with them 3) simply not showing up at all to install a thermostat despite multiple promises from the service manager to do so.
RecommendedEvery experience with B&R Service has been the best.They installed a new carrier heat pump reducing my power bills and we feel warmer in winter time.

I just terminated our 9 year relationship due to B&R's poor customer service and their unwillingness to repair my heat pump that they claimed was fixed but was not. I'm out $190 in repair costs (cost to replace a $40 contactor--a 15 minute job) and all I have to show for it is an inoperative heat pump. I really think those folks are more interested in your $ than they are in quality repairs.
