Good repair shop
For the warranty repair of my Ryobi Reciprocating saw I spoke with R&B by phone. R&B, which is a Ryobi Authorized service center, told me that I would have to pay a $25 diagnosis fee, refundable only if R&B determines that my saw broke because of a manufacturer defect. The saw head that holds the blade broke off during normal use, and R&B said that it may be because I did not use a Ryobi saw blade or that I did not use the reciprocating saw properly.. 1st of all, Home Depot sells Ryobi tools and Milwaukee and Diablo blades, ... read more
B&R repaired a Ryobi electric lawn mower for me. The original motor was defective and needed to be replaced. B&R diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, performed the repair and demonstrated the working mower at pickup. They did an outstanding job!
