They closed down without warning to any donors. They were supposed to close in the beginning of May, instead they closed on 4/17. So glad they care so much about their donors.
Unprofessional
Very unprofessional today . I came in to donate today at 3:30pm got my vitals taken. then we were told there is a supply shortage and for everyone to wait inside until they bring in the supplies around 5pm and then at 5:05pm they told everyone to go home. Totally messed up to make people wait for hours only to tell them at the last second we are deciding to close for the day. Come back tomorrow. My donation days are Thursday and Saturday. Tried to come in and donate but was told they don’t take new donors past 3pm like what?? Some people work all day Your not closed until 6 how is that even logical thing place seems very unprofessional tbh when I walked in lady at the front was glued to her phone didn’t acknowledge me there till 10 minutes later
