Very professional! Christine did my hair color and all I asked was to go darker. She created a color that not only looks great with my skin tone but brought out the color in my eyes! I also had Lindsi do a keratin treatment which I've never had done before. Lindsi was very helpful in answering all my questions and letting me know what I could expect. I've heard great things from everyone I have talked to. All recommended me to Britney. So when my brother bought 3 gift certificates for my mom, grandma, and I, I was excited. Anyway the gift certificate had to be used threw Cori. I had acrylics with designs done. Overall my nails were disappointing, color and shape. I'm not one to complain so I left and decided to use someone else next time. This was Thursday, Sunday night one of my nails chipped off already. Pretty bummed. b'polished has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. the 5 stars are not only for Britney Tressel for always going above and beyond and meeting all of my expectations when it comes to my nails (also, I have never had them lift or break, the whole 2.5 years she's been doing them) but also for the rest of the staff who makes your salon experience good enough to keep coming back.
I have been going to Dianna for 12 years now. I love her! I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Excellent job
I went in for the first time on Friday afternoon and had my nails done with Cori. While the finished product was pretty, I was a little disappointed with the quality. I went in for a full set of acrylics and came out with a gel polish ( I was charged the same price as the full set of acrylics). I'm not extremely picky so when she suggested a set of gels I was a bit Leary about the strength quality but willing to give it a try.
