I would like to express my disappointment with the recent nail service I received at your salon. I paid $150 for a manicure that unfortunately did not meet my expectations. The nails began lifting within a day, and the length was not as requested. Additionally, the excessive top coat application flooded my cuticles, leading to peeling and significant itching. First of all, I just want to say I used to go to Ambience but was completely unsatisfied with both the prices and the work. I ended up finding B Nails because it’s right beside my daughter’s hairdresser, and I instantly fell in love with the vibe. Anytime I book an appointment it has always been with Abi. From attention to detail to client care and quick service, I absolutely love my nails every time. Great atmosphere and wonderful nail techs, I always have a blast and always leave with a smile on my face. Book, book, book!
Have been coming here for years and I am never disappointed when I leave. Calvin is my go to tech, he saved my broken nail and unless you knew I messes it up you would never be able to tell most of it was missing.
