B & M is a Mom and Son operation. We've been putting hitches on trucks, vehicles, and motor homes alike from a custom hitch to a simple bolt on, we specialize in Trailer repair, we also hook vehicles up for flat tow, most importantly taking care of our people for many many years. Very disappointed with the service. I was told my trailer would be ready in few hours. I dropped it off at 8am and came back at 1pm — not only was it not ready, it hadn’t even been touched. No updates, no explanation, just wasted my time. Totally unprofessional.
Disappointed. I’ve taken two pickup trucks and a car to B&M over the past several years. The shop was run by an older gentleman at the time. I returned because of the knowledge, positive experiences, and reasonable pricing. Unfortunately, this has changed. The employees working there failed to communicate the cost of the service - the woman said she’d have someone look at it and without communicating the cost, they did the work. Took our work trailer for repair. This is the 2nd time. No waiting, we were able to drop off the following morning. Nice people who know what they are doing . I don't need to see the repairs, Its a trusted environment. Thank you.
Took a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L in to have them install a trailer hitch and wiring that was provided. They did a awesome job Finished the job with above quality work. I am a retired automotive garage owner that also installed trailer hitches and wiring on vehicles for 10 years The place is very professional and clean and they did work that I would of expected out of my employees
I can't rate this place highly enough. I paid roughly $1,700 to my local auto dealership to get a brake controller and 7-pin electrical connector installed on my vehicle so I could tow a travel trailer (I live in a smaller town without a lot of options). I suspected something was wrong with the wiring due to error messages our vehicle was displaying on our trip. We took it to B&M when we got to Phoenix.
