I called B&M on a Thursday and they got me in Friday morning first thing. Needed a fifth wheel hitch installed in our new truck to tow our fifth wheel cross country. They are amazing. Nice staff very friendly.Comfortable lobby for waiting. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to Vanessa.
Lewis and Travis provided exceptional service and went the extra mile to help my family get started towing. We were inexperienced and they shared their knowledge and expertise with us. This is a great shop. I saw them welding and doing repairs. They also sell tow equipment.
Awsome and honest
Best in the business Had a hitch installed, kingpin adjusted and they checked brakes and greased the bearings on my 5th wheel. Super helpful getting my F350 and trailer dialed in with safety in mind. Thank You
Very disappointed with the service. I was told my trailer would be ready in few hours. I dropped it off at 8am and came back at 1pm — not only was it not ready, it hadn’t even been touched. No updates, no explanation, just wasted my time. Totally unprofessional.
