Thanks Guys, Outstanding Work As Usual! I only take my e46 M3 here for body work. I've been here twice, and everytime I've had an outstanding experience. The quality of work flawless and the customer service is extremely comfortable. Peter and Mike are stand-up guys who absolutely have no reason to be shady or dishonest. If you care about your BMW, then you will have no disappointments in bringing her here.
they do bmws here and they do it well japanese owned bmw place. They have a lot of attention to detail and really did a good job on my bmw. They actually worked with allstate (bad insurance) to help me get more money. Even though i had to pay an extra $800, they made my car new. Not near new, but absolutely back to new. If you have any probelms, they will fix it for you, just bring it back. they care about bmws, they know bmws. and they know you won't settle for second best especially when it comes to body dmg on your car.
Think twice - my wheel came off on the road after repairs at B-Line Generally I don't write reviews, especially negative ones, but I don't want the same thing to happen to someone else. I took my BMW 530i for repair at B-Line in late January 2009 for minor body work on the left side panel... I came back on a Thursday to pick up my car in the morning... the repair was done in a sloppy manner (there was white resin remaining on parts of the left panel) - Angela claimed that it looked fine (although even a blind person could te... read more
B is for BMW Our brand new BMW was involved in a minor accident and everyone suggested we bring it to B Line in San Jose. Located off of highway 280, B Line is the best place to take your BMW to get fixed. They ordered the necessary parts and paint and let us know promptly when the manufacturer had a delay on the parts. We dropped in unannounced to see the progress on our car and one of the employees lead us to the car and chatted about the progress. Superb service & quality work I bought a car on eBay and had it shipped from Texas. The car arrived with significant damage. B-line was recommended to me as the best place for BMW body work.
