JJ’s Pool and Spa did an outstanding job closing my pool this season. Tom and Bill were professional, efficient, and very thorough. They explained everything clearly and made sure the pool was well protected for the winter. I’m very impressed with the service and highly recommend JJ’s Pool and Spa to anyone looking for reliable pool care!
They've really come through for me on several occasions and I truly appreciate their honest services. Just came from a visit to BJ’s to get my pool water tested. Bo helped me out and was very patient and helpful in telling me the sequence of steps and chemicals needed to make some corrections. Was very friendly, informative and did not push me to buy products. Very helpful. Thanks, Bo!
I’ve used BJ pool and spa for water testing and chemicals for years - and generally always had a good experience. But their pricing has gotten out of hand. It seems like everything is just a money grab. They now charge $5 for water testing - which is complimentary as an industry standard. Ok, whatever. But I went this morning to get a 25lb bucket of chlorine tabs and it was $220. I audibly said WHOA because it seemed really high, but paid it anyway assuming (incorrectly) that it was a fair price.
