Class act, fantastic customer service. You can tell these folks love what they do and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy too. This will definitely be my go to spot for everything spa related going forward. Highly recommend!
I initially contracted them to hook up the heater and pump to my new Fitmax therapy pool. I had high hopes, but ultimately regret hiring these guys. I asked for a heads up when techs were on the way since I have meetings on and off throughout the day, but had them show up with no notice in the driveway. The techs were very nice, but I would have rather had competent. We have been through a number of companies, but in the past years since we engaged BJs (through another happy customer neighbor), pool life has been much easier. Very straightforward and easy to deal with, that's a good foundation. They have been very quick to address any issues and prevent more issues. No frills or headaches.
I selected BJ Pool and Spa from 3 proposals. Good Choice. They did a complete renovation of my very large 43 year old pool. I know, should have been done sooner, but the end result was worth it. From start to finish, they worked skillfully and we made decisions together. They know their products, and they were able to find major faults that have happened over the years. They are a small family company, and have been working on pools for a long time. Glad I went with them.
