I had a mixed experience. Susan was warm and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome. I asked Mary for a French tip, but communication was a bit difficult and she seemed frustrated when I requested thinner tips. Intricate designs may not be their strength, so I’d stick to simple styles. The pedicure was the highlight! The 15-minute candle massage for $10 was very relaxing and worth it. Pedicure $40; French tips $15.
I get my Gel-X done here every time. They’re solid, just don’t show up on a Saturday without booking.

It was the worst. My nails still hurt. All of my nails are very thin because they didn’t know how to remove the gelish properly. Also, the gel was not applied cleanly. It’s messy, has spots, and the surface isn’t even.
Painful manicure, painful filing led to bleeding cuticles rough edges on gel. At end of service -that I was wanting to end prematurely since I was in pain —she - the manager- said you should have sat with another nail tech. Quite unfortunate, wish I had left sooner, sad I paid and tipped normally without any offer of any recovery from management. Disappointed.
