One of if not the worst nail experience(s) ever. I came in to do a gel extension removal and the process was extremely painful, and now after my fingers are in a lot of pain. My nails are now the thinnest they have ever been in my entire life, not to mention also mis-shapen with hangnails on each nail. She nail tech poured acetone all over my arms as well as on my skirt which is permanently stained. Seat had leftover lotion on it that I cleaned up myself before I sat down in the chair.

This review is not about the nails but about the behavior among the staff towards each other. I witnessed 2 manicure techs being bullied by the other staff. The young lady doing my nails, Rui, was belittled and undermined. My pedicure technician spoke to her in English so I KNOW what was being said. She said to Rui “give me the nail polish.
