I have been going to Tom and Lily for many years. I have never once had the experience that the first reviewer had, nor do I recall anyone ever working there beside Lily and Tom. The have always been wonderful to myself and my mother and daughter. Professional service at fantastic prices. I've used other nail salons, but no other salon offers the personal service and friendly owners like B and H nails. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have multiple times!
Your nails finish looking dull and patchy. They definitely put something in their polish to stretch it. When you mention the poor quality of the nail polish (even though its OPI & Essie) they act like you're crazy. Andy, even started arguing with me when I voiced this criticism. It seems like most of the techs that were there when they opened have left.
