I have been a B&F customer for years, selling thousands of dollars worth of merchandise online, etc. since the late 1990's. I recently tried to log in to their platform with my username and password that had been provided to me; however I was told that I needed to reapply for wholesale access. Upon doing so, I was immediately denied and told that they are "no longer accepting new web based businesses at this time". HUH? I am not a "new" business; have been a customer for years!
