Manager and owner are both rude, talk down to you, and can’t stand to be wrong. Manager basically referred to me as being stupid twice. Serviced my less than a year mower and scratched it all up, runs and sounds like it’s 13 years old. Went in to talk to owner about these issues before they came to get mower again and he didn’t want to see any pics or videos I had of my mower. They need to work on their customer service skills. I paid to have my lawn tractor repaired. One week later it was doing the exact same thing. I called to get it picked up again and the sales rep was very rude. He acted like he was doing me a favor to take my money. Told me I was a jerk for not wanting to give them a second chance... I already gave them $100 to fix the problem and it wasn’t fixed! The Service Department guy was very friendly and courteous. Rudest sales people. We called several times and every time we got the rudest service even from the managers.
Usually I know this place as being the most expensive but last week I found a part that they were the cheapest on. So I went in on Friday and ordered it. Paid for it and was told "it'll be here in two days". I called on Tuesday and whoever answered had no idea anything about my order. Transferred me to someone else who said "oh yeah. It'll be here in a couple days. Maybe tomorrow". They CLAIM UPS is the delay but UPS would be out of business if they were this bad.
