Tom did the Dip process on my nails on Friday January 25th and they chipped on January 26th. I went back on January 28th and he had put a powder on that wasn't for dipping. He removed the polish and re-did my nails, and said if they chip again he would not re-do them. I told him if they chip I want my money back. It took him forever and another customer came in with a different complaint and they took to long to repair her nails and wanted to charge her extra, she left. RecommendedDecent prices although they will try to upsell if you had something cheaper in mind. They don’t pressure you though so if you don’t want it just say no. My daughter and I have done a full set and fill this last month and we were both happy with them. Everyone there is friendly. Spent about $60 for two full sets and 40 for two fills and I got a french tip.
RecommendedJust moved from California to Beloit WI I needed to find a new nail solan. The price is a 26% higher then what I would have paid in California but other then that I did enjoy the service (B City Nails)👍🏽
HORRIBLE ! They charged me twice and refuse to give me my refund Continuously saying it was giving but my bank statement says different ! My nails were not worth as much as I paid and Very Bad Customer. I’m really against bad reviews I’ll rather just not say anything but I have a family and responsibilities that I could of used that $75 for. Took my daughters here before father daughter dance and had to go back to demand my money back. Paid 50 to get them both a gel manicure. Looked like a 6 ur old painted them. Then get home and I was able to rub the polish off the nails. Then tried to argue with me that it was gel. Will never go back

Loved B City Nails, super friendly, took their time and never felt rushed.
I dont recommend this place. Save your money, and go somewhere else!
