I want to thank Tony for his friendly and thorough service in repairing the plumbing for my sink. Tony arrived early (which worked out well for me) and he was able diagnose the issue and repair the plumbing quickly. He was very kind and willing to answer any questions I had. Tony did an excellent job all the way around. He arrived early for the appointment, listened carefuly to what needed to be fixed, and explained what he would do to remedy the problems. This was second summer without AC in part of my house. Radiant heat issues last winter as well. They ordered wrong parts so never repaired. They never followed up with AC unless I called to question even though I always paid in full at time of service and okayed follow up for needed parts while tech on phone at my house. They came several times for AC but never actually repaired. Paid for yearly maintenance as well. Service not scheduled in timely manner, ever. Tony is/was very professional but at the same time a very kind and clearly a very knowledgeable plumber. When I asked questions Tony was very patient with me and clearly (in layman's terms), explained all to my understanding. I will be using B. Tony assessed both our leak under the sink and a problem with a shower control. He adjusted the existing shower control to make it easier to use, and saved us a larger expense. For the leak, he was able to replace our old garbage disposal with a new one that was on his truck, so the fix happened quickly and for a lower cost than if he had to drive to pick up a new disposal. We were pleased that in less than 1.5 hours our problems were resolved. And Tony was a pleasure to work with. We'll call on B Carlson again for plumbing ... read more
