I was going to use this company for a new swamp cooler. But the staff there are very unprofessional. After putting down the deposit and scheduling the appointment for the installation, they called me to let me know that my new cooler installation wouldn't be done now till the end of July. Very unprofessional company."

Tony did an excellent job all the way around. He arrived early for the appointment, listened carefuly to what needed to be fixed, and explained what he would do to remedy the problems.
