They will charge you just to come out, no, that initial charge does not get absorbed into the total of any other work (**** said its in addition to any other work performed). BLOATED ESTIMATE. B. Carlson sent out a technician because my ** unit was making a horrible sound and the fans were barely moving when in use for a few hours. I took a video of the unit so a technician wouldn't have to wait hours to see the problem, and I wouldn't have to run the ** for hours again and possibly blow the compressor. They sent a technician out the same day, Monday, at 6pm. He said it was the condenser fan motor, and he would have to find the part the next morning and send an estimate in the morning. We paid for a Service contract for our heating and cooling. We have used B Carlson for over 15 years. They advertise "Fix right day or night" on their web site and have always had emergency service. With the service contract whenever we have had an issue they have had someone out for service either the same or the next day. Our Breezeaire cooler, that B. Carlson installed for us, stopped working this morning. When we called first thing in the morning we were told that it was almost a month before they could give us an appoin... read more
Always very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The technicians always explain what is happening, what they are looking for and ways to keep our systems working well.
I have a service maintenance agreement and I always request ******. He is professional and punctual and very friendly and he does a very thorough job twice a year for my HVAC system.
I want to highly commend ********* who has been to my house twice in the past week. He is the nicest person, he's friendly, he knows his job, and he works efficiently. I have used B. Carlson for a number of years and they just get better and better. I recently had my regular check up and system tune up on my two A.C. units, and the two technicians, ****** and **** were not only very professional and competent, they were both a pleasure to have in my home. Carlson has been our choice for plumbing and heating for over 30years! They are the best, especially when it comes to their service providers.
