The kindest people you will ever meet
This place is a poster for privatization. After working with some private local health care, i.e., Cardic Care & Rebalance for yrs, with same team care approach however this Cancer clinic is a house of horrors. Support staff is not supportive. Useless, as most have poor english comprehension & usage skills as it their second language. If I could give a negative score, I would. It makes me cringe to have to leave one star for this clinic. Throughout my mother’s cancer battle, we have received nothing but incompetence from various doctors and clerical support out of this clinic. No matter how many times I repeat information nobody ever seems to be taking notes or putting them in my mom’s file.
