I took my vehicle to B&C Automotive to get my rotors resurfaced, and the mechanic did an excellent job. The owner and mechanic were very friendly and professional. I no longer have vibration in my steering wheel. I will go back for future vehicle repairs.
I took my vehicle to B&C Automotive to get my rotors resurfaced, and the mechanic did an excellent job. He also advised me that it could benefit me to replace my brake pads in the same visit so as to avoid having to come back in the near future to have them replaced. Work was decent but I was quoted a price of $150 over the phone for a brake job I had the brakes for. Then to avoid noisy brakes I was told it would be another $100 for rotors, then bc I did not have lugnut key those were replaced for another $20 bringing my total to $270 I said okay. When I look at my receipt I see a $10 "cashless" fee which actually made my total $280. It would have been nice to get an accurate quote when I called so that I might have been able to pay in cash but moral of the story send a man.
Michael was courteous and gave an honest appraisal regarding my engine coolant sensor problem. He has the electronic equipment and the experience to accurately resolve a problem. From now on, he is my "go-to" guy in the Knightdale area for car repairs that are beyond my amateur DIY. UPDATE: October 2024. Just had another great experience at B&C Automotive.
