I just want to give a huge thanks to Bobby and his service as I've been here twice this week seperate issues. Bobby has always answered my calls for service for over 15 years now whether it's a simple job or a big job, he's the man I call first. My entire family brings all of their automotive issues to Bobby. I will say it's important to take care of our communities, and support our local business owners. Thank you again Bobby!!
Bobby the owner took advantage of two females, one of them a woman of color. He threw in a part when my wife specifically said, don’t just put a part in to put a part in. Then it didn’t fix her car. $187 later. Then they tell her leave your car here for a couple weeks. Who can live without a car for weeks?? Then Bobby finally diagnosed the car properly, fixes it and charges $284! He should have diagnosed it properly the first time! He saw a woman of color and took full advantage!! 100% racist and sexist!
Bobby the owner is rude. I brought my car in bc it was overheating and asked them to diagnose my vehicle and fix the issue that is causing it. They fixed an issue, not mine. I brought it back for them to diagnose it and they supposedly fixed the issue for the second time again, which I didn’t ask them to fix but diagnose a second time and want to charge me an additional $287.47 plus to fix the issue that they supposedly fixed before. The owner of this shop does great work every time I bring my car in to get fixed. This business is Professional and they know they stuff! I will always recommend if you need your car fixed to go here.
