I live in Massachusetts but was looking for a fast answer about troubleshooting a Hayward pool heater. It was after hours in my time zone so I took a shot and called this company in California hoping to get in touch with someone. The pool heater company, Hayward, does not have a support line and directs you to reach out to suppliers for help (unfortunate). Dangerous drivers.
Love the service! The woman on the phone was so nice. She had me send in a couple photos of our equipment…Bruce called me back and walked me through the problem/repair. So simple and he was so nice! I highly recommend this company!
I called twice on different days and times and both times failed to return my call. They don’t seem to need nor want new business. The young woman that answers doesn’t sound too interested either. Owners answer said they tried to call me? I never received a vm from them. It is what it is. This was my experience.
It always seems a little odd to me for someone to expend energy to write a negative review because a company is focused keeping current customers satisfied rather than going out of their way to make and take phone calls with potential customers. Why not just move on to the next company? Anyway... I've personally worked with B&B for over 15 years and will continue to do so. when I have a need.
