Just bought a camper, we had great service from Jeremy and Randy throughout the whole process. We called a few days before and they held it for us until the weekend. They worked with us for over an hour in the cold testing everything to show it all worked without any complaints. I would highly recommend anyone go there to buy a camper and/or boat!
Called on Saturday to look at rv set appt. for Sunday at 12:00 called 5 min before getting there from mpls 70 mile one way and he said that is Butch said the rv had just sold the person was just writing the check. So I drove 150 mile for nothing !!! I have nothing good to say about this company !!!! I hope they go out of business.What a waist of a full day !!
Emalied them over two weeks ago about some issues we have with the camper we bought from them, they haven't responded yet.
Terrible work quality and service, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. New boat had scrapes on it was handed a bottle of touch up paint and told if careful when i did it you won't even see it. Motor mounted wrong, damaged boat, had to drive 120 mile back because they forgot to put bolts in. Trolling motor battery mounted wrong, damaged wiring covers, had to fix myself dealer said if wire ok he would not do anything . We can't deny that Crestliner did have some items on the boat that were not correct, and that we are human and made some mistakes but we did try to make you happy. When you say that you had to drive to get it repaired, yes you did and that is how warranty works. You can take your new boat to any authorized dealer for repairs but we want to repair it at our dealership if at all possible . I'm sorry you feel this way.
