Rude and unprofessional .....was going to charge me 100.00 to move my washer to do work!.....unbelievable....no thanks Paul.
Scheduled appointment with our home warranty. They did not show up. They said they called and I did not answer so they did not send a technician. Also said they had sent the technician home for the day and they could reschedule for next week. I found a different company.
We have a service agreement with B&B Plumbing, Heating & Air, They do the greatest job on their maintenance. Their Tech`s pull everything apart and clean it. Also, they make sure my permanent filter is always clean. My husband and I are extremely impressed with the work they do and even when we had a new Tech Sam it was the same great work.

Air Conditioning Repair After hearing what sounded wrong from another company, I called B&B Plumbing, Heating & Air and ran it by them. They said they would be happy to come look at it when they had a free slot later *the same day*. The tech who came out seemed much more knowledgeable and more geared towards having a long term customer and doing the right thing.
