Go for the kibble, stay for the toys – This place is great. All kinds of food, treats and toys. And if you don't see what you want out, just ask as Sean or Sophie will usually shout into a walkie-talkie and make it magically appear from upstairs. They'll carry big bags of kibble out to your car. What more could you ask for? Did I mention that it's CHEAP. As in, dirt cheap.

GREAT PRICES – This is an awesome place to go shop with your dog. They're always giving out treats & all other pooches there are usually very friendly. Yes, it is a little cramped, ok, very cramped but it's worth it. They have pet supplies for pretty much all pets. And beyond that, each section has a great selection.The staff is friendly and always helpful. AND every weeks they have a day of low-cost vaccinations! The BEST prices in San Francisco.
Great value, friendly service – B & B is definately my favorite pet store in the city. The prices are fabulous, and my dog always got a few treats from the friendly staff. We used to live around the block, but now we have to trek over there from farther away--but its worth it. The store is small, and often crowded, but they have a pretty large selection for the size. And did I mention the great prices?
best pet supplies in the city – B&B's prices are FAR better than any pet stores in SF, especially the outrageous chains. In particular, they have a great selection of cat climbing trees at reasonable prices. Their staff is cheerful, friendly, and knowledgable.
Best pet store in SF – Although B & B is a tiny mom and pop store, they have just about everything you would ever need for your pets and more. Their selection doesn't just cater to popular pets, they also have wide variety of choices for exotic animals as well. Best of all is their prices. I have shopped around and found that on average, their prices are at least 20% less than other pet stores. A lot of times, they are 50% less than other stores selling the same product.
