Recommended RecommendedThis place is a real gem! I've been shopping here for years, and always been greeted by the lovely people who work there. Today, I tried to order online for curbside delivery, and was contacted by one of the owners for a choice of a refund or product compensation on a product that was on sale. That is true customer service! Love you guys!
RecommendedI will say it is very refreshing To have a fantastic customer service experience. There was a slight problem but it was addressed and fixed. I was contacted by one of the owners they actually had a conversation with me and solved the problem to both of our satisfaction! It was nice they took the time out of their day to talk to me and even have a small conversation as well!! I send people to this local pet store and they actually value that. I definitely recommend paying them a visit!

Please share to get the word out::: Well, I am extremely disappointed in B&B pet stop. We went in yesterday to get water to do a small water change. Immediately after adding in the water they gave us, my two beautiful fish died. We took the water samples and fish up to B&B and they confirmed my tank had crashed. Due to their water. Today, my wife called seeing if they could comp us for our beloved fish ($12 on sale right now clown fish and my $15 Blue Damsel) or just one of them. RecommendedI adore B&B! I’ve been going to them since I was a child and I brought my children in just for fun throughout the years. I love the fact that employees are knowledgeable about their jobs. We have freshwater, saltwater tanks, dogs and cats and a bearded dragon and we have NEVER received bad advice over the past 20 years. Everyone always has a smile and the owners are amazing for being the driving force behind all this. #shoplocal
