This pet store is awesome! I’ve never met a bad employee and they are always super helpful and go above and beyond every time! My family loves to come here and play with all the cute, cuddly and scaley animals! We always leave with a big smile! 🐠🐢🐊🐍🐈🐕🦜🐇🐀🦔 On top of all that they have an awesome selection of food and treats! My dogs ate poop today and I think it made them super happy! 🤣💩

Shopped at B & B recently and had a misunderstanding with my purchase. The store was exceedingly gracious and very helpful in resolving my issue. They went out of their way to address my concerns and resolve the misunderstanding. I am beyond happy with the service I received at B & B. I don’t live nearby, but will definitely make a point to shop there from now on for all my supplies.

Huge shout out to Cyan in the reptile area Everytime we go in she’s always happy and excited and ready to talk reptiles my son has purchased two tokay geckos and a pac man frog and I have recently purchased a dumerils boa. All with her assistance and advice always a great experience dealing with her and the rest of the staff. Thanks so much for having helpful friendly and knowledgeable people on hand.
