Playing golf today when one of the guys mentionoed the quality of the steaks at B &B Market....I thought, why not? I have not been happy with our grocery store's quality so I got there 15 minutes before close and met John!! What a guy---he re-wrapped my 4 rib eyes someone else prepared and inspected the quality of the cut and then carved 4 - 8oz filets for me....he said "I'm proud to be your butcher-here is my card so call next time and I'll move you to front of line and have your order ready!" This family-owned gem has lasted about 100 years, so it's safe to say this business knows what it's doing. The special and great thing about B&B is it's a butcher shop. Fresher meat would be hard to come by - the meat comes in the morning, is carved in shop, and put to flame made-to-order. The prime rib sandwich is awesome, but the Dad's Killer Sandwich is the house favorite - tenderloins are delicious. Really, I don't think one can go wrong here.
