As a first-time home buyer, Scott has inspected 2 homes for me, one of which he caught LOTS of issues which would have cost me thousands in repairs and ultimately got me out of my purchase. My mom found mold in her basement and Scott came over the day after she called him. She said he was kind and explained everything to her. He was thorough and put her mind at ease and she said she feels like she’s in good hands. She appreciated that he could recommend someone to remove the mold and that he could test for radon while he was there too.
Scott is credible, he is honest and knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole inspection process and give me every detail of the home. Except that, he also give me the suggestion how to maintain the house in the future. I highly recommend
