Love! Love! Dr. Azzam. I’ve been going to him for years! Very caring and kind doctor. True, it is hard to get an appt with him but he’s a busy guy and so worth the wait. He actually listens and doesn’t rush in and out when your with him. I recommend him because he is very knowledgeable.
Dr. Azzam is a very kind and attentive doctor. He really cares about his patients, and takes time to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Azzam to my family members!
DO NOT GO THERE!! Worst staff ever. Super rude and unhelpful. You can waste days trying to get to take an appointment with no luck. The office manager ALEX is the WORST. He doesn't even care for patients. The girl name EVELYN in the office refused to help us at all. It is so sad that this is considered a place to heal people, but they are absolutely doing the opposite. If the front staff are like this, i can't imagine how the doctor will be. I will never recommend them at all!
Terrible at returning phone calls and keeping the patient and family involved in the care of the patient.
He kind and attentive, but his office staff are the worst in helping and following thru with care for the patents. He does not have a regular office and works in the hospital. This means if you have afternoon appointment he always arrives at least two and half hours after the appointment time you were scheduled for.
Dr. Azzam is a wonderful doctor but his staff is inadequate unprofessional very rude . Every time I call they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes they have no smile when you walk into the office they are very cold I've had enough I leave messages for the doctor he never gets them. I will not be going back again. I do recommend Dr. Azzam but unfortunately his staff make me not want to go there anymore or recommend anybody else to go there
The employees were rude and they didn't treat me well and I called ahead of time to get the address and an Asian answered didn't help me she put me on hold right away and when I went another lady was being rude to me and the man employee the manager assistant didnt listen to me he just gave me a refill and didn't want to listen about my pain .This was my first visit to this doctor and it was the worst experience I have had.
